1. Agreement
By downloading or using bagfolio ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. For App Store downloads, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. For Google Play downloads, the applicable Google Play terms also apply. Where a store's mandatory terms conflict with these terms, the store terms prevail.
2. What bagfolio is
bagfolio displays the value of crypto assets you choose to track, either by entering a public wallet address or by typing an amount manually. It is read-only: it cannot send, receive, swap or otherwise move funds, it never asks for a seed phrase or private key, and it is not a wallet, exchange, broker or custodian.
3. Not financial advice
Everything in the app is for information only. Nothing in bagfolio is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Crypto-asset prices are volatile and you can lose money. Decisions you make are your own — please take professional advice where appropriate.
4. Accuracy of data
Balances and prices come from third-party sources (Alchemy, mempool.space, exchange-rate reference data). They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, some assets may show no price at all, and converted currency amounts are approximate. bagfolio makes no promise that any figure is accurate, and you should not rely on it for anything that matters without checking an independent source.
5. Free plan and bagfolio Pro
The free plan tracks up to 2 wallet addresses and 5 manual holdings, shows values in USD, and displays a small number of non-personalised ads. bagfolio Pro removes those limits and the ads and unlocks the full currency list. On iOS, Pro also unlocks automatic iCloud backup. CSV/PDF export and file import are available from Backup & data on both platforms.
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on iOS or Google Play account on Android at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable store. Apple normally requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel through Apple ID › Subscriptions or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. The app also provides a Manage subscription button.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm, and may vary by country.
If your subscription lapses, nothing you already track is deleted or hidden: the app simply stops adding new sources beyond the free limits, pauses iCloud backups on iOS, shows values in USD again and shows ads again.
6. Refunds
Purchases and refunds are governed by the store where you subscribed. App Store requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play users can use Google Play's refund flow. Store eligibility rules and applicable consumer law determine whether a refund is available.
7. Backups are your responsibility
On iOS, automatic backups are stored in your own iCloud Drive. On either platform, exported files are stored wherever you choose. If you set a backup passphrase and forget it, the encrypted backup cannot be opened by anyone, including us. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, and do not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with or abuse the services it relies on (for example by automating excessive requests through the app's data proxy). We may limit or block access that threatens the service for others.
9. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data shown will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the app — including decisions made on the basis of figures it displays. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the date above will change and continued use means you accept the new version. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
